Feel others with real empathy – in and with your body. Enter their worlds from the inside and know true connection.

Be seen, deeply, by others who’ve been through life too and understand. You’ll be witnessed in your vulnerability and receive the gift of human connection. It’s what we crave most of all.

Learn to feel and listen to the natural rhythms of your body and being. You are nature. Let yourself cycle in your breaths, your heartbeats, through romances and breakups, success and failures, and re-emergences.

Heal the wounds of childhood, the pains of trauma, and the disconnections that came. As you reclaim and soothe you’ll integrate and transcend these as you grow. It’s a hard and beautiful very human process.

One day, after all the learning, you’ll realize the depth and wisdom that have come and have gratitude for the healing and all the ways it allows you to connect and understand others.

Experience the sacred, expansive, ineffable condition that is God, Creator, Nirvana, Oneness, Nature, your own spiritual divinity. Widen beyond your sense of an isolated, ego-identity self. Enter the mystery. And come back re-newed. Repeat.

Mess up and hurt people. Make amends. Keep growing.

Seek to know, to experience, to understand, to share, to eat up all of life. As it is short and you know it will end.

Totally lose yourself in your mind, in your relationship, in the cultural tropes and zeitgeist. Be taken by the forces outside of you, bigger than you that you swim in without realizing.

Find yourself again.
